Not everybody who is opposed to DEI programs is a racist. As Judge Scalia said during a Supreme Court hearing, “Maybe the best way to stop discriminating by race is to stop discriminating by race.” Common sense should be the governing rule in dealing with these problems, but it isn’t always common!
